A failed sump pump or a burst window well seal can put inches of water in your basement in under an hour — our Kenton, OH emergency crews carry extraction pumps and moisture meters to start mitigation the same day you call.
Kenton, OH storms don't wait for business hours, and neither do we — emergency dispatch is staffed around the clock specifically because sump failures and burst pipes have no respect for a normal schedule.
Emergency calls get answered by a real dispatcher, day or night, not a voicemail that gets returned in the morning.
We carry submersible pumps, air movers, and moisture-mapping tools on every emergency-equipped truck.
Emergency dispatch doesn't mean unpredictable pricing — we quote extraction and mitigation work in writing before starting.
Portable pumps, air movers, and dehumidifiers are stocked on emergency trucks so mitigation can start the moment we arrive.
We scope every Emergency Waterproofing job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
Submersible pumps remove standing water fast, whether it's from a failed sump pump, burst pipe, or storm-driven flooding.
If a specialty pump is needed, we set up temporary pumping to control the situation until the right unit arrives.
This buys time without leaving the situation to worsen while a permanent fix is planned.
After significant storm-driven flooding, we run air movers and dehumidifiers to bring humidity down and limit secondary damage to walls and flooring.
A bowing or failing foundation wall during active water intrusion gets an emergency structural assessment to determine immediate safety and next steps.
Emergency calls are answered by a real person around the clock, not routed to voicemail.
We bring extraction pumps, air movers, and moisture meters on every emergency dispatch.
A technician assesses the situation on arrival and gives you a written price for immediate extraction and mitigation before starting.
We don't leave until active water is under control and the immediate risk is addressed.

Response time can vary with weather-driven call volume, but active flooding always jumps the queue.
Emergency dispatch is quoted in writing before work starts, with no inflated after-hours surcharge sprung on you afterward.
If safe to do so, move valuables away from rising water and, if you have access to your electrical panel, avoid contact with water near outlets.
This buys time and limits further water intrusion without leaving the situation to worsen.
We document the mitigation work with photos and moisture readings that many Kenton, OH customers have used to support a claim.
You won't need to find a second contractor for the follow-up work.
